Fall Festival & Kids Costume Parade
5-7pm – Downtown Albemarle
Line up by 5pm at Second Street Sundries (221 N 2nd St). North Stanly High School Drumline will lead costume parade down 2nd Street, then guests can trick-or-treat at participating Downtown businesses. Albemarle Parks & Recreation will host a costume contest throughout the event at Courthouse Square Park at the corner of 2nd and Main Streets.

6pm: Ghost Tours – Explore the spookier side of Downtown Albemarle with a walking ghost tour, hosted by the Stanly County History Center. First tour starts at 6pm at the History Center (157 N. 2nd St.) , after which groups meet in 15 minute intervals.
6:30pm: Jeepers Creepers Haunted Jaunt 5K – Enjoy a thrilling run through Downtown while being chased by zombies and other creepy crawlers at this free run. Click here for registration.
8pm: ‘Jeepers Creepers’ movie feature: Showing of the original horror flick ‘Jeepers Creepers’ at Central Auditorium @ 219 E. North St. (corner of North Street and North 3rd Street); $3.

Street Festival
Downtown Albemarle
8am-noon: Stanly County Farmers Market – Shop fall produce and get an early start on holiday gift purchases with the Craft Fair at Market Station – 105 W. Main St.
10am: Hotel Transylvania 3 at Central Auditorium, 219 E. North Street (corner of North Street & North 3rd Street); $3.
Noon-6pm: Street Festival – Enjoy a leisurely stroll through Downtown and shop at outdoor street vendor booths as well as the many restaurants and retailers open for the afternoon. Take a break from shopping and watch a chainsaw artist at work, or take a selfie with the truck from ‘Jeepers Creepers’, parked outside.
6-10pm: Free concert at Market Station: Bring a chair and enjoy food truck fare while listening to the classic sounds of variety band Mister Pleaze. Featuring wines from Stony Mountain Vineyards and Woodmill Winery.
